- Shipping Notes

We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Also we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time. Shipping charges will apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. 

- Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.

If your order is unavailable or discontinued, we will release the pre-authorized funds and they should be available for you in 1-3 business days depending on your bank. If you happy with backorder we will process the charges. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. 

- Order Shipment

 Standard delivery is  5-10 business days from the date of your order. Some products could take longer depending on the brand. We will send you tracking information of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

 If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at sales@omniahomestore.com. In order to bring you the best products we source them from all over the world. That is why some can take up tp 3 weeks for delivery.

Please note that some products are custom made (made to order) and could take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

- Shipping Terms

Curbside Shipping - Delivered to your curb, most of the time by the mailbox. You will be responsible for moving and assembling products yourself. 

Standard Delivery - Delivery to the first enclosed area (door entrance,garage, covered awning, etc).Moving and assembly from that point will be your responsibility.

White Glove Delivery - White-glove service  includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order. There are additional costs for white Glove Delivery. Delivery is by appointment. We will call you to set a date. 

- Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package, instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer. 

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@omniahomestore.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order

- Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your order without any additional costs if your orders hasn't been shipped (left the warehouse). Returns are allowed within 14 days without fees for the most of our products depending on the brand.  Please get in touch at sales@omniahomestore.com. If your order shipped, we will take it back  (customer has to pay shipping costs) if product is unused, in original packaging and good condition.

You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges (if we have to arrange the return freight) and a 20% re-stocking fee (20% of the purchase price). 

Example: 

Product costs: 100$

Shipping: 20$

Restock Fee: 20$

Refund: 60$

- Backorder Items (Items Not Available)

In order to put you on back order list, we have to process your funds. If you decide that you no longer want item, and want to be removed from the backorder list (cancel order), you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding 3% processing fee.

Omnia Home Store sells products that are custom made or (Made to Order) and are non-returnable. 

Omnia Home Store reserves the right to deviate from this return policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole and absolute discretion.

Some products are non eligible for returns,

  • Specific Brands (Please Contact Us)
  • Custom made or made to order items 
  • Product that is not in reselable condition 
  • Special purchases: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
  • Cushion or product that includes a specified cushion fabric selection or color
  • Product that has been assembled, installed or modified or used in any way
  • Product that is not in the original box and missing any packaging materials or parts.

 Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.Items has to be in original packaging. 

 Please note: Due to photographic and printing processes, colors displayed on flyers, pamphlets and/or website may vary from actual product. Please choose custom color carefully. Make sure to double check color codes you like.
