We are offering Free Shipping to all our products
We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Also, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time. Shipping charges will apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
If your order is unavailable we will release the pre-authorized funds and they should be available for you in 1-3 business days depending on your bank. If you are happy with back order we will process the charges. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Standard delivery is 5-12 business days from the date of your order. Some products could take longer depending on the brand. We will send you tracking information of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com. To bring you the best products we source them from all over the world. That is why some can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Feel free to get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of your order.
That some products are custom made (made to order) and could take up to 8 weeks for delivery
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package, instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order
Delivered to your curb, most of the time by the mailbox. You will be responsible for moving and assembling products yourself.
Delivery to the first enclosed area (door entrance, garage, covered awning, etc).Moving and assembly from that point will be your responsibility.
White-glove service includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order. There are additional costs for White Glove Delivery. Delivery is by appointment. We will call you to set a date.
